Monthly rates
Every site is full hookup with 30/50-amp service. Premium sites are the larger, better-shaded pull-throughs in the quieter part of the park.
Electric is metered and billed monthly on top of site rent. Weekly and nightly stays are available — see current pricing on Campspot. Rates subject to change; your rate is locked for the term of your stay.

This isn't a gravel lot off the highway. Red Cloud has the common spaces you actually use when a park is home.

Yes. We have 35 pull-through sites, and Premium sites are sized for 40-plus-foot fifth-wheels and Class A coaches with a tow vehicle. Tell us your length when you text and we'll put you on the right pad.
Site rent is due on the first of each month through Campspot — card or bank draft, no cash or Venmo. Electric is read monthly and billed on top of rent.
Yes, pets are welcome. Keep them leashed in common areas and pick up after them. Ask about breed and count limits when you text.

Park Wi-Fi is available for email and browsing. If you work from your rig, we recommend your own hotspot or Starlink; most sites have a clear view of the southern sky.
Most of our long-term residents commute to the Beaumont and Port Arthur refineries, the LNG terminals at Sabine Pass, or local jobs in Silsbee and Lumberton. US 96 puts you on the road fast.
